NOTICE — NO DIRECT PURCHASE AGREEMENT: By submitting this configuration and request form, you are requesting a customized quote and structural engineering feasibility audit. This submission does NOT constitute a binding purchase contract or direct financial obligation. The definitive purchase agreement will only be formalized and signed following a personal consultation and direct engineering approval from our executive office.

By configuring, requesting, or purchasing any modular equestrian architecture (La Scuderia or Le Scuderie), the buyer/owner unconditionally agrees to the following legal and operational terms:

  • The Custom Fit Rule (Exclusion of Return Rights): Every modular kit delivered is a highly tailored, custom-built, and personalized masterpiece (including custom laser engravings and brandmarking of wood structures). In accordance with legal regulations regarding custom goods, all cancellation and return rights are fully excluded. Any measurement, design, or input errors made by the buyer are at the buyer's sole risk and completely void any right to return, exchange, or refund.
  • Zero Med Liability (Medical & Veterinary Indemnification): The integrated plug-and-play technological infrastructures (including Atmos IoT sensors, automated feeding systems, flow meters, and AI fall-detection cameras) function exclusively as directive, supportive monitoring tools. These systems are explicitly NOT a substitute for professional human care, daily supervision, or veterinary advice. Settebello Holding BV excludes any and all liability for illness, injury, loss of performance, or the passing of horses or other animals stabled within our units.
  • Intellectual Property & Patents: All software interfaces, the 3D configurator, underlying IoT data connections, and physical modular assembly structures are the exclusive intellectual property of the holding company. Copying, reverse-engineering, reproducing, or commercially exploiting these designs or software protocols without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution. Patent pending enforcement is active.
  • Assembly & Execution: The modular structures are delivered as a certified assembly kit (accompanied by the Tomorrowland Gatefold documentation folder with the hand-poured Massafra Crest). The owner bears full responsibility for the structurally correct assembly and grounding on site, unless installation is explicitly contracted to the authorized professionals of the EasyCrew (Pillar 2) or a certified local partner.
